A. The first block

Assembling the first block as a template for the rest.

Block assembly is simple. It is important to assemble blocks on a flat and level surface. Stand two panels facing together, with grippers to the inside. Slide the cavity webs, with rebar grooves up, into the top of each gripper. Push downward with an even pressure until a clicking sound is heard. When further pressure cannot move the web, it is in place.

Use the first block as a template for easy assembling of future blocks. Blocks can be assembled in this manner or panels can be set in position in walls and assembled in place.
