Reversible block and corner

The reversible tread panel, the pre-molded corner and the web components that join them.

Reversible ICF panel

The reversible tread panel (EPS03) measures 16 inches high by 48 inches long and ships flat. This design means the tread on the panel is the same both top and bottom, which makes it more versatile, easier to use and reduces waste. This panel can be used in conjunction with any cavity width.

Reversible pre-molded corner

The pre-molded corner features the reversible tread. This corner can be used to form either right or left corners. The reversible corner block features three additional grippers on the outside corner for superior strength, and embedded strapping for easy attachment of finishes. It is available in 4, 6 and 8 inch cavity dimensions.

Webs

Formtech features only genuine WebTec components for inner strength. These polypropylene parts are manufactured from high grade, certified materials for strength and durability. Cavity widths of 2.5, 4, 6, 8 and 10 inches are available, and a special WEBEX extension allows 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20 inch cavities.

Brick ledge

The brick ledge (EPSBL) is made from expanded polystyrene in one solid, fully assembled piece that attaches to the wall via three polypropylene webs inserted into embedded grippers. The grippers, eight inches on centre, allow for easy attachment of interior and exterior strapping. Brick ledge ships four per bundle, provides 5.33 sq.ft of wall coverage, and measures 16 inches high by 48 inches long with a 4.5 inch wide ledge.
