Formtech Caribbean LLC began manufacturing insulated concrete forms in Puerto Rico in the summer of 2005. The company offered the forms in Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, the Virgin Islands, St. Kitts and Nevis, Guadeloupe, Dominica, Martinique, St. Lucia, Barbados, Grenada, and Trinidad and Tobago.
